Although "home recording" enable anyone with a little patience and musical talent to create minimum recordings, most are too small to allow the recording of complete bands. What's more, you are limited on the amount of opportunities that will make your project successful. A professional studio offers those opportunities that are not offered at "home recording". 

There are many components that are built into an album. We have 2 options for recording. One option that uses our hybrid technology (analog mix + digital recording plus full edit) costs $50/hr. We also have an option per day, that costs $450. This option is mostly used for Solo Albums, Band Recordings with live instruments. Another option is one that costs less and uses only digital (digital recording with tube mic preamp, plugins, and mix on computer plus full edit) that cost $35/hr. This option is used for more simple projects, like commercials, kids projects, or theatrical presentations. 

We use the best of vintage equipment and newest state-of-the-art high-end audio gear to help make recordings the best they can possibly be. The world's best equipment from Klark Teknik, Manley, Tube Tech, Drawmer, Lexicon, Eventide, Neumann, AKG, Yamaha, Symetrix, Oram, Lavry, Waves, Tascam, etc. The isolated electrical power transformers and the carefully designed audio wiring insure a low noise, high dynamic range signal path for the highest sound quality. From the Klark Tekniks and tube mic pre-amps, all the way to the final digital and analog Mix, your sounds will achieve their full sonic potential, and your recordings will be stunning.

RECORDERS: The best of analog and digital hardware. RME System Recording in Apple Mac Pro through tube preamp on Nuendo 5, with WRD CLK (DB Technologies - Gold). Editing on computer with all plug-ins needed with tone correction Antaris and mixing all 56 tracks on analog consol by MIDAS with analog processors ( Lexicon, Manley, Drawmer, Symetrix, SPL, etc). Recording through Manley tube compressors and the best digital converters by Lavry and recording on cd recorder Tascam wave format on the hard drive. We can make 44.1k on master CD or 48k, 96k for mastering. In addition, any format or system you want can be made available.

SIGNAL PROCESSING: including TC ELECTRONIC, SPL, Oram, Lexicon, Symetrix, Waves, Vox Box, Klark Teknik, Eventide, Lavry (Gold Series), Digitech, Aphex, etc. Way too many Digital Plugins.

MICROPHONES and MIC PREAMPS: A variety of flavors from Neumann, Sennheiser, AKG, Shure, and EV. Your other favorite preamps available on request. BASSMAN/100 All tube amplifier, MESA cabinet's, mesa guitar processor.

MONITORING: So much more than just speakers. The room and the speaker combination were designed together to provide accuracy, imaging, and perfection that is only possible from a ground-up custom built studio. Control room is over 1,700 cubic feet, and is well balanced with a low fatigue factor. Its custom sound panels, trap sounds and gives a well balance of sound without any EQ. What does that mean to you? Your mix will translate to the real world outside of the studio. No more being fooled by the studio monitors. JBL active system with sub, and classic YAMAHA monitors.

MIDI: Any acoustic, electronic, drum, percussion, piano, keyboard, or sound effect imaginable from our racks of Kurzweil 2600s, Yamaha P200, Roland A90, Korg M3, and Akai Z4. SMPTE and word clock (Lavry) locked Computer sequencing on both Macintosh and PC formats, synchronized via multiple MOTU MIDI Time Piece to the audio recorders.

INSTRUMENTS: Collectors Custom Dw Drum set with custom Zildjian K hybrid cymbals, a lot of different snares (for different kinds of styles of music), Congas, Mesa bass tube amp, Fender Deluxe, Fender Victor Bailey Custom bass 5 string, Warwick double buck bass guitar 5 string. In addition to our ever-changing list of available equipment, we can locate and provide any other special microphones, recording equipment or instruments that your heart desires, and your budget can afford.
